The Tide Does Change!

Sometimes when, things are southward bound
And people near, upon you look down
Though know they not, the tide does change
What's down then, goes far up again!

Beautiful! I like it very much. You certainly have a way with greens.

And, just in case you haven't realised, you are wearing a green tee shirt in your profile photo.

:)

Thanks Brinda. The simplicity of the painting is always the most difficult... :)

Thanks Jane. The background was especially tricky...had a tough time on that - trying keeping it simple, yet create the depth... :)

I like the use of very soft green, the atmosphere at low tide when even the wind stops. This watercolor is gorgeous.
