The Greens Of Peace

 

The greens of peace, though steady stand
With lights so merry, in ripples dance
Reflect they seem, on river flows
On what's to stay, and what's to go

Like the morning sunshine bright

In plenty gives, sparkle and light

May so the festive season bring

Such bliss and joy; Happy Diwali!

Nature's Play

Through winds of change, and pouring rains

Sea tides and waves, endless again

Weathered rocks, that stories tell
Of what it means, by nature’s play!

The Silent Sound

Hues golden pink, soft subtle tones

Ours they are, on some walks alone

Where Grace of God, spreads all around

The silent sound, we hear aloud

Just Let Go!

With problems stuck, that don't get solved

Some things that make, no sense at all

Past the rocks, as the water flows

Sometimes its wise, to just let go!

To Nature True

Over the rocks, and sometimes past

The water flows, so swift and fast

Bothered not, by what's in the way

To nature true, the water stays

Lost and Found!

Those times and now, seem found and lost

They show something, hide else to thoughts

Where lost is that, I thought had got

And seen intact, I thought as lost!

The Mountain Fine

Braving winters, it gathers snow

To feed the rivers, for months to flow

Steady and strong, through trying times

Ready always, the mountain fine

The Rocky Wall

In serene waters, reflecting calm

The rocky wall, thats weathered all

It steady stands, amidst the green

An easy peace, it builds within

Monsoon Magic!

The monsoon clouds, with laden rains

Show lovely greens, on mountains dense

Gushing streams, and waterfalls

The magic weaves, enthralling all!

The Curtain White

Dense and dark, the forest brings

The surging river, spotless clean

The curtain white, over the face of rock

Oh! What a sight, the waterfall!

Water Water Everywhere!

The ocean vast and rising waves

Crashing strong with surf and spray
See through it to really know
Its water and water all alone!

The Mountain Top

Dizzying heights with sheer drops
Boulders piled on rugged rocks

Here I stay, above it all

That's my home, the mountain top!

A River In Spate

The heavy rains and cloudy skies

Swelling waters by mountain sides

Raging ahead, the river in spate
Taking away, all in its wake!

A Sight In Black and White

Colored trees, green and dark

Golden grass and earthen path

All in stark, black and white

Makes me see, a different sight

Approaching Rains

The summer hot, dry and long
Brown and yellow, the mountain top
Arrive the clouds, with laden rains

To soothe it down, be fresh again!

Over the rocks, blue and gray

Falls the water, with a mighty spray

Amidst the roar, the single tree

Stays and sees, lone and free

A Walk in Peace

Steady mountains, oceans deep
Open skies and beaches free
Rocks and trees, with flowing winds

Amidst these all, a walk in peace

The Grandeur of Nature

Infinite shapes and colors free
The grandeur of nature is for all to see
To turn a blind eye to the beauty around
Are we just rocks, lying on the ground?
